DAY 2 - FRANCIACORTA AND LAKE GARDA , Discover Franciacorta Wine and Sirmione on Lake Garda

Embark on a captivating journey through the landscapes of Franciacorta and Sirmione. Explore Franciacorta’s renowned sparkling wines and the charming town of Sirmione, famous for its historic sites and picturesque lake views.

Pick-up and drop-off in Verona: Travel in a private minivan with a driver and local expert. Thetransfer from Verona to Franciacorta takes approximately 1.5 hours. Franciacorta, is famed for its metodo classico sparkling wines. DAY 4 - VALPOLICELLA,  Amarone and Valpolicella Wine Tour

Embark on a full day of wine exploration in the picturesque Valpolicella region, renowned for its prestigious Amarone wines with a private driver and local sommelier. 

Valpolicella is renowned for its diverse red wines. The primary grapes used are Corvina, Corvinone and, Rondinella, producing a range of styles: Valpolicella Classico, Valpolicella Superiore, Ripasso, Amarone della Valpolicella—a prestigious, full-bodied wine made from dried grapes—and Recioto della Valpolicella, a sweet, dessert-style wine.

Visit to the first historic family-run winery: A historic winery in the heart of Valpolicella Classica. Uncover the secrets behind the region’s renowned Amarone wine, made from carefully dried grapes in the appassimento process, which gives it a rich and complex flavour profile. You’ll also learn about the craft of producing Valpolicella Ripasso, a wine known for its smooth texture and deep red fruit flavours, made by re-fermenting the Valpolicella wine with the lees from Amarone production.
